JAC Interiors had the great pleasure of attending the 55th annual Gold Nugget Awards 2018 in San Francisco last week. These awards are a nation wide event recognizing those who improve our communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning and development. JAC was nominated for our most recent house in the desert at the Madison Club for best custom home 2018 in the 4-8k square foot category, along with the rest of our team, Frank Stoltz of Southcoast architecture and Scott Birdwell representing Discovery Builders. Our entire team received a “Merit Award” and enjoyed meeting with colleagues from across the nation and beyond. The house we designed and built as a team is a remarkable piece of architecture which celebrates the casual indoor outdoor living of the Coachella Valley. The space boasts a view of the San Jacinto mountains throughout with water and fire feature accents including a large pool at the back overlooking the Madison Club PGA golf course. JAC interiors worked with the architect to design and source the interior materials for the hardscapes and lighting. JAC also designed the custom furnishings and curated the art and accessories to accentuate the sophisticated lifestyle the house dictates. After the design phase, JAC and our team worked with Discovery Builders and Fran Stoltz to ensure our vision was developed and built to an exact specification throughout. The end result of two years work from start to completion yielded a remarkable and beautiful contemporary home that is a true style statement of modern living.
